Born in Istanbul (1957). Turkish and French nationalities, married to French national Monique (Petite), two sons : Timur and Noyan.

Studied in Belgium and USA. Fluent in Turkish, French and English.

Worked with international and Turkish hotels/restaurants since 1976, (Europe, USA, Middle East – Central Asia, Far East and Turkey).

Started Food & Beverage Consultancy in 1992, participated as main food & beverage consultant to more than 180 projects in Turkey and abroad (Europe, Middle East, North Americe and Asia).

Founded schools and educational programs for amateur and professional chefs and got involved in education on several levels in related fields. Taught THY (Turkish Airlines) cabin crews for 15 years on “on flight catering”.

Writes articles in Food&Beverage in Turkish (Gusto magazine, Food in Life) and International periodicals (Food Service – Europe). Author and co-author of several books on Food culture.
